Rejected petition Make electric vehicles (e.g. e-scooters) legal under certain conditions

Children are always looking for fun, so why not grant that by making the e-scooters legal without things like insurance.

More details

Safety issues can be a big problem so why not add some restrictions like 10+ allowed with parental consent and some more - that dont take the fun
away.
