I would like the UK government to make general anesthetic part of the standard procedure when inserting the IUD (copper coil) and IUS (marina coil)
After doing some research and asking many other women online it came to my attention that there are many horrific accounts of women's pain not being taken seriously when it comes to medical procedures. They have not been offered pain relief or told to just put up with it and it has resulted in many people being in serious pain after this invasive procedure.
