Stop the SEND reform, we all know the system is broken but fix it, keep current law in place, don’t replace it with something else.
With the new proposals on SEND reform our children and their parents are losing vital rights, the law was made for a reason, it should always stand, without EHCP’s our children will not thrive, will be made to stay in mainstream schools that with no amount of money thrown at them can meet need, 1.6 billion spread out over all primary and secondary schools in the UK isn’t enough! Even with that money mainstream environments cannot meet need, lives are at stake, our children matter.
Why was this petition rejected?
There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
