Urgent the government to introduce proper law and regulations to allow the use of privately owed E-Scooters in public before the end of 2026.
The reason for this being that e-scooters are being used more and more in everyday use in terms of commuting, traveling or having fun. However, at the moment this is being done illegally and without proper rules and regulation, due to this these are being confiscated and wasting police time and resources. With proper law and regulation, this can be stopped and ensure that they are being used correctly. As they become more popular, not having proper regulations in place is not helping the public.
