We call on the Government to introduce guidance to schools, ensuring that children who have SEND needs are allowed to have their safe foods in their lunch boxes, including puddings at nursery.

We believe that preventing students with SEND needs from having their safe foods in their lunch boxes risks these children going hungry as a result.
