Create an independent body to handle all complaints and safeguarding concerns involving patients on the NHS Special Allocation Scheme.

We believe that having to complain to your SAS service provider in the first instance can create a conflict of interest, delay action, reduce accountability, and can leave patients at risk. We think that independent review would improve safety, fairness, transparency.
