1 Legislate to give protection to British sports bodies and charities from legal actions that are intended to intimidate them in abuse of the British legal system
2 Until legislation is in place provide funding to all charities and sport bodies who receive such legal actions to help resist them

Several sports bodies have been threatened with legal action because of their policies relating to trans people. We need laws to prevent this and protect charities that are key to healthy lifestyles.
