My aim is to protest for the food chains: Joe and the Juice, and Blank Street, to come to Nottingham (preferably central avenue). If not both, even blank street would be great. With the increase in demand for matcha, due to social media popularising it, I think Blank Street would be a hit!
Blank Street sells many bold flavour combinations that offer something for everyone. Especially in a busy area, bustling with cafes, families, and students Blank Street would fit right in - being a crowd pleaser! Regarding Joe and the Juice, as well as offering fresh, refreshing juices - they also offer gluten free options! This is incredible as it makes eating out for coeliacs much more inclusive as many cafes around Nottingham, especially bigger chains, fail to offer gluten free lunch options!
