Open Seek exemption from the EU Entry Exit System for haulage drivers

I would like the UK Government to negotiate with the EU for all UK Professional drivers to be exempt from the '90 out of 180' Entry Exit System. This is going to have a detrimental effect on the Haulage industry in the UK and the UK economy.

This petition is about the UK professional drivers being made exempt from the 90 days out of 180 entry exit system. The UK Haulage industry is in grave danger at the moment with the amount of drivers it is short of. I believe this is going to get worse as I know there are UK drivers losing their jobs to European drivers. I am concerned that this in turn is going to force drivers to look for jobs in different industries. The economy could take a big hit with this as companies will close and we will be reliant on EU drivers.
