Open Ban adoption & the removal of children from their birth parents

We call for a complete ban on adoption and any legal activities that aim to take children away from the care of their birth parents. The Government should provide services to support families and end any discrimination or human rights abuses.

We believe the laws need to change surrounding laws regarding children, to end and ban adoption. We support this proposal because we believe children deserve positive relationships with their biological parents, and that children services’ assessments are discriminatory and are destroying families.

We believe adoption should be illegal, that the foster care sector should be entirely closed down, and that it should be illegal to remove children from the care of their biological parents.
