Reduce the time for night noise to be allowed, due to partying or disturbing neighbours with loud noises.
This causes sleep deprivation, cases of children not sleeping due to partying or loud noise in Belfast area. Children tired next morning. 11pm is just not good
Children unable to sleep. Police has no power over this, MLA has to get involved at times to make council do anything. Causing people that have to work unable to go to be at 9 or 10pm, causing children lack of sleep and stress
