Child sexual exploitation has exposed serious safeguarding failures across the UK. We believe stronger accountability is needed when agencies fail to protect vulnerable children. We call for enhanced training for social workers and safeguarding professionals, independent reviews of serious failures, better information sharing between agencies, and safeguarding decisions to be based solely on evidence and the welfare of the child.

We're not sure exactly what you mean by "enhanced training on child sexual exploitation" and ensure "greater accountability for agencies" that do not protect vulnerable children, or how this would differ from current practice.
There are already independent reviews into child safeguarding failures, called child safeguarding practice reviews, which aim to analyse past actions, determine if protocols were followed correctly, and identify areas for systemic improvement.
