In many food establishments choosing plant-based milk alternatives like soy, oat, or coconut milk often comes with an extra charge. This additional cost is not just a financial burden but also a form of discrimination against those who cannot consume regular dairy. I urge lawmakers and business owners to take immediate action by eliminating the surcharge on alternative milk options.
