Rejected petition: Make the £20 note bear the image of a wood pigeon

I have heard that British birds are shortlisted to feature on the next generation of UK Bank notes. But I haven’t heard that the Wood pigeon is on the shortlist as well as the sparrow and robin. These are the stable of ENGLAND. even so where is the swans in that case?
Apparently the white tailed eagle is shortlisted. Within my 27 years of being alive I have never hear/seen/encountered this so called “endangered animal” they apparently live in Scotland so tell me how that is a part of England? Also they have been spotted in Isle of Man. Tbf Isle of Man is pretty much just a piece of grass so it don’t count. Bring me the wood pigeon, sparrow, magpie and Robbin. Also maybe the crows as they’re quite chill from what I’ve seen.
