Unverified minutes can cause unfair dismissals & disputes. Mandating audio recordings, free automated smartphone transcripts, & signed confirmation from all attendees would help protect workers, remove cost barriers, and ensure absolute clarity.

We call on the Government to legislate for formal work investigations to be audio-recorded, transcribed, and signed by all participants. Unverified, one-sided minutes can cause severe confusion, disputes, and unfair dismissals. Mandating audio recordings, free smartphone transcripts, and mutual sign-offs would help ensure transparency and protect workers. This tech would help to remove financial barriers for small businesses and save thousands in avoided tribunal fees.
