Open Fund faster processing of NIHL civil claims against MoD

We want the Government to help settle NIHL civil claims more quickly. Many veterans have already provided full medical evidence, service records, audiology reports and causation assessments, yet are left waiting months or even years without clear updates or predictable timelines.

These delays can cause financial hardship, uncertainty, and prevent injured veterans from moving forward with their lives. NIHL is a recognised service-related injury, and the MoD has already accepted liability principles for post-1987 service.
