Rejected petition: Stop the Bank of England removing historical figures off the bank notes.
Rejected on
To stop the Bank of England removing all historical figures eg Winston Churchill, Jane Austen and Alan Turing, from the bank notes and replacing them with animals.
I think it is very important to keep some if not all of these historical figures on the bank notes, to remind people of the past.
