Rejected petition: create more under 16s/ protected youth areas in the UK for child safety

In the UK I think we need more under 16s areas. Firstly, it is better for parents to locate where their children are without worry of being in dangerous areas. Secondly, for friends to hangout. Finally its also good for children's independance to prepare them for the future.
