Instead of having people go to the black market, they should make Cannabis legal. It could bring good tax money, possibly even more than tobacco.
I think, as a country, we could benefit from the legalisation of THC cannabis
It could bring in more money to the government and also kill a part of the black market. We are not getting away from the fact majority of the UK smokes it.
By legalising it, we can give it a public health approach to THC/THCA. Not only that, it may start a domino effect and free up prisons a little bit. In late 2024, there were 1,073 prisoners in England and Wales. Westminster should legalise this.
