Allow full-time apprentices to have certain holidays or half-terms that a student may have. Due to apprentices having to attend a college or university to study, I think that they should have partial holidays that students have which does not take away their 28 day holidays to ensure good rest.
As an apprentice myself and seeing other apprentices in my field stressed and overwhelmed. I think that we should have entitled student holiday that is lowered to align with their jobs.
For example, apprentices could have the same time off in the summer as other students have studying.
I understand that we are "full time" employees but we still have to study alongside working full time and I personally think this would attract more new keen apprentices as well as decrease work and study stress
