Rejected petition: Air Conditioning systems in schools.

Schools are being closed due to weather. Winter, now summer. They need to be invested in and all need to be upgraded to have a good heating/air conditioning system in place so we can keep our young people and teachers comfortable whilst learning.
Why was this petition rejected?
There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
