Some people already benefit from cold weather payments to offset high utility bills in winter. The same should be avaliable for hot weather to offset higher utility bills

Every winter, we benefit from cold weather payments, which provide crucial support to manage the increased utility bills when heating our homes. However, the scorching summer months present a similar issue, with utility costs rising significantly due to the need for air conditioning and fans to combat the extreme heat. For many households, the financial strain of keeping cool is just as burdensome as heating in the cold months.
