Open petition: Extend the 1968 Medical Exemption List to Include all needing Lifelong Supplies
Created by Jade Allsopp

We feel the 1968 Medical Exemption Certificate list is outdated & no longer reflects healthcare today. We believe that no-one with a lifelong condition needing ongoing treatment or essential supplies should be excluded.
We think the 1968 Medical Exemption Certificate list is outdated and no longer reflects healthcare today. Many people with lifelong conditions who need ongoing medical supplies can face financial strain, delayed treatment, worsening symptoms, and poorer health outcomes when they are excluded from free support. This petition calls for the exemption list to be updated so that all lifelong conditions requiring essential medical supplies are included, ensuring fairness, equality, and better health for everyone.
