Open Fund Behavioural Coaches in all UK primary schools

The government to fund dedicated behavioral coaches or therapists in every primary school. Many neurodivergent pupils, particularly those with autism, display distress behaviors that are communication, not intentional misbehavior. Without specialist support, these children are often misunderstood.

​Providing in-school behavioral specialists will help pupils understand their own needs, equip teachers with vital strategies, and reduce permanent exclusions. This proactive approach will relieve pressure on overstretched CAMHS services and ensure every child receives the right support at the right time.
