Rejected on
Create a one-off Bank Holiday in England if the men’s England football team wins the FIFA World Cup.
Winning the World Cup would be a historic national achievement. A Bank Holiday would allow people to celebrate and recognise the team’s success.
If England wins the FIFA World Cup, it would be a historic moment for the country and millions of supporters. A one-off Bank Holiday would give people the chance to celebrate together, attend local events, and share in a national occasion. It would recognise the achievement of the players, staff and supporters, while creating a positive boost for communities and businesses.
