We call for a review into the investigative and prosecutorial practices in sexual offence cases to ensure fair evidence standards, proper disclosure, and accountability, protecting the integrity of the justice system for all.

We call for a review of the handling of sexual offence cases, including the practices of the CPS and police to ensure fair investigations. [In our view stronger oversight, fair procedures, and strict adherence to evidence-based standards are essential to prevent wrongful accusations and lives being damaged and to protect justice and the presumption of innocence.
