Rejected petition: help get a slow down sign outside a learning disability home

I am starting this petition for the safety for a learning disability home as this home is located on a bend , cars like to drive fast round the bend and they do not realise how sharp the bend is they don't have time to break and their car ends up in ploughing into the care homes wall please help
please help our care home to get a slowdown sign and make our home afe for our residents
