Open Add the Welsh dragon to the union flag

I think that for the union flag to be fairer and more inclusive it should be altered to feature the Welsh dragon in the middle.

I feel the Welsh community are underrepresented despite Welsh culture being an important part of the UK. For this reason, I think our union flag should offer more coverage and include the Welsh dragon in the middle.
