Open Reject the Gibraltar Treaty and reinstate full frontier border security

We call on Parliament to exercise its powers under Section 20 of the CRAG Act 2010 to vote against final ratification of the UK-EU Gibraltar Treaty, remove foreign law enforcement from British territory, and reinstate full frontier border security.

On July 15, 2026, the land border fence was removed and Spanish police were installed inside Gibraltar Airport with entry-veto authority on British soil. We believe handing a foreign state police jurisdiction over a strategic British territory during severe global instability is a grave national security risk. Parliament should vote against final ratification under the CRAG Act 2010, remove foreign police from British soil, and restore complete frontier border security.
