You need to have a good look at the prisoners that are going to reoffend and make a judgement as it stands the prisons are full there ain’t enough staff prisoners are being treated like animals locked up example 12pm to 12pm next day because staffing issues please look into this all life’s matter even them that turn to crime the only ones that should be paused is people who hurt children and people who turn to rape and violence
