Rejected petition: Father's voices should be heard and not dismissed in the Family Court.

Rejected on

Let us make Father's voices heard in the family court when asking for safeguarding their children, Family Court and Cafcass should be held accountable when failing to safeguard children by returning children to a parent/carer that is not capable for meeting their child's needs.

In the family court, the judge will go by Cafcass (social serveses) report.
But when they fail to safeguarding a child because a report has been one-sided this clearly puts children in the hands of an incapable parent,
Father's concerns are very often dismissed by Cafcass and the court due to the social worker always being in favour of the mother, even when the child has expressed their own concerns regarding feeling safe and failing to meet the child's needs by a parent
