Open Fund "Recycle-for-Cash" machines at supermarkets

Littering is a problem but setting up recycling machines where people can recycle for money could help to prevent this. I would like the government to set up the machines in supermarkets because this is where items are bought most.

If these machines are used there may be less littering because the public might rather have a bit of money than litter. This might also help with poverty. A bit of money can make a big difference.
