Launch a review into all laws, rules and conventions that grant judges and magistrates judicial immunity and legislate to remove judicial immunity for judges and magistrates.

We feel current judicial immunity rules mean there is no proper way to challenge wrongdoing, corruption or gross failures by those in public office. We believe that those working for the public must be answerable to the law in the exact same as any other citizen.
