Housing associations should have a duty to ensure that their properties are managed responsibly and that reports of antisocial behaviour, harassment, noise nuisance, or other disruptive conduct are taken seriously. Residents should be able to live in a safe and peaceful environment without ongoing disturbance or being expose to health hazards.
Greater accountability will help ensure that neighbourhoods remain safe, respectful, and enjoyable places to live.
