Open petition: Review of urology care for women

Created by Phoenix Dodd
Closes on

We call on the Government to conduct a review of urology care for women, focusing on women who experience urinary retention, the extent to which patient choice and consent is respected, and the quality of the care. Patients deserve to be heard, supported and involved.

Patients deserve to have their symptoms, concerns and evidence taken seriously, with clear explanations, informed choices and respect for consent. No woman should leave an appointment feeling dismissed, pressured or unheard. We therefore believe a review is needed to ensue that patients have their symptoms, concerns and evidence taken seriously, with clear explanations, informed choices and respect for consent.
