Force the gambling commission to stop operators holding players money at ransom using excuses like we need your ID etc. If they need your ID they should do this BEFORE you deposit NOT when you are withdrawing money. Withdrawals should be unaffected by any regulatory commitments and sent instantly
I was on a site call nyspins owned by SuprPlay Limited. They use the excuse we need your ID to send you withdrawal. Days of trying to get my ID through and making a complaint they used some excuse about breaking rules and ID not passing so they dont pay out and ‘confiscated’ my money, they didn’t offer a refund for the money I put in though and said their decision is final even though I’d done nothing wrong. This is a common issue with this company, looking at reviews.
