Rejected petition: Fund a fire plane to help fight wild fires in the UK and EU

With the recent wild fires in the UK covering large areas of the new forest, dartmoor, exmoor as well as areas close to urban areas. Will the government fund for a national fire plane to help fight fires in the UK and in the EU?
The UK is one of a few countries in Europe who do not have a fire plane, or simular, to fight wild fires. With climate change causing drier seasons these will become more regular. The government can also send the plane to the EU to help other countries which would then help recoup some of the cost.
Why was this petition rejected?
There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
