Plans to allow local authorities to charge an overnight visitor levy 'tourist tax' must not apply to UK Citizens.

Ensure that any local authorities who choose to impose an overnight tourist tax on people for visiting their areas cannot apply it to UK citizens who often already pay substantial taxes for living in the country.
