Require schools to provide detailed, factual and independent education about animal agriculture, teaching children what happens to animals from birth to plate. This must be transparent & evidence-based, without promoting veganism or animal agriculture, so children can form their own informed views.
We believe children should understand where the food they eat comes from. Education should cover different animals and farming systems including intensive, conventional, free-range and organic, following each animal from birth through its living conditions, treatment, routine procedures, separation from offspring, transport, slaughter and processing. It must show typical conditions, not only the best or worst examples, using accurate, independent and evidence based information without promoting either side
