Work with the devolved administrations to design, legally enable and provide start-up support for three independent UK-wide member-owned cooperatives for Agriculture, Farming and Fisheries, governed on a one-member-one-vote basis and focused on sustainability, welfare and small enterprises.

Agriculture refers to the strategic, foundational infrastructure required for food production e.g. land access and stewardship, machinery pools, storage and processing facilities, seed and input supply, and shared logistics.

Farming refers to the operational production activities carried out by members — crop cultivation, livestock rearing, horticulture, mixed farming, and related on farm work.

A Fisheries Cooperative would manage fishing rights, vessels, landing sites, and sustainable stock governance.

The cooperatives would support shared machinery, training, purchasing, storage and marketing, while promoting sustainable practices, soil health, biodiversity, wildlife protection, stock preservation, and high standards of welfare.
