All Users of Thames Crossings, wether its Blackwall, Silvertown or Dartford crossing. Should not pay penalties if users have failed to pay within 48 hours. An additional administration fee of maximum £20 should be charged not a £80 penalty. Users don't intentionally fail to pay the charge.
Thames crossings charge tolls to fund operational costs. These are managed by London Transport. Users shouldn't pay penalties if they fail to pay the charge within 48 hours, as it is unintentional and no driving offence has been committed, users should be charged a maximum £20 administration fee if they have failed to pay, not an £80 penalty. All Crossings over water should not charge Penalties in the UK. The road network brings the nation together and shouldn't be exploited by Authorties.

Although the Dartford Crossing is the responsibility of the UK Government, we can’t accept petitions that call for action at a local level (in this case, relating to a particular bridge).
