By establishing clear guidelines & limiting access to formal complaint investigations, we can build a safer, more transparent environment.
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you mean by “all public sector staff” as well as the specific interactions you would like to be recorded during staff work hours.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, which public sector staff you would like the proposal to be targeted at, and the “clear guidelines” you are calling for.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
