The Criminal Justice system is seriously flawed. Many US States operate a "3 strikes and you're out" policy. We have offenders with over 100 charges against their names but still roaming the streets.
The pendulum has swung too far the wrong way. It’s time for tougher laws and serious consequences.
There will always be crime, but the volume and level of crime depends on the severity of sentences and the level of deterrents.
This petition seeks to force the Government to deal with the serious levels of crime in this country, completely overhaul the Crinimal Justice System, give power back to Police Officers, and restore real deterrents to those seeking to undermine a safe and secure society.
