Fund a national diagnostic Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) pathway and improved services for those with DLD. This pathway should raise awareness, understanding and inclusion of DLD, provide early intervention and DLD training for professionals in the public & education sectors.

We want the Government and the NHS to listen to the lived experiences of those of DLD, to learn how DLD impact on our daily lives, and what it is like living with a lifelong condition that many people are not aware of. We feel current services and support for children and adults with DLD are limited. Those with DLD need continuous support throughout our lives, and at different stages.
