Ensure Nepal does not take on more debt.

Nepal contributes only around 0.05% of today's global CO₂ emissions and just 0.01% of historical cumulative CO₂ emissions,yet suffers such catastrophic climate change consequences.What Nepal needs from UK are
1. Increase and protect UK funding for climate adaptation and disaster resilience for NEPAL.
2. Expand investment in early warning systems
3. Ensure climate-vulnerable countries can access timely and adequate adaptation.
