We believe children’s care homes should be allowed to recruit and sponsor skilled workers from overseas to work in front line care for children. There are many skilled workers that children’s homes cannot recruit due to restrictions.

This change could eliminate the skilled worker crisis, where many skilled workers cannot work in the UK due to immigration restrictions. These people are skilled and many children’s homes require their services as they can provide care to children.
