Reverse the new vaping products duty tax rate. We believe it is way too high and could cause more strain on the NHS because people might go back to tobacco and other substances.

1 Oct 2026 Vaping Products Duty charges 2.20 per 10ml on all vape liquids including nicotine-free plus 20% VAT making 2.64 tax per bottle 3 bottles weekly means 7.92 extra tax or 411.84 a year. We believe this hits those who have quit smoking hardest, and they might return to smoking which could increase pressure on the NHS.
