Open Stop all foreign aid to countries that seek reparations from the UK

We would like the UK Government to stop all foreign aid to any country which calls for reparations from the UK.

We believe Britain led the way in ending the transatlantic slave trade and the UK took on a significant amount of debt when slavery was abolished, with the final portion cleared in 2015. British taxpayers funded the debt.

We believe people seeking reparations today were not personally subjected to slavery, and that they did not personally suffer slavery in the same way that British citizens of today were not responsible for it.
