Allow 14–15-year-olds to obtain a restricted 50cc motorcycle permit after approved training and testing. They must attend their test with a parent/guardian who has held a motorcycle licence for 5+ years. No passengers or night riding; certified gear required, with parent/guardian approval to buy.

This petition asks the Government to introduce a restricted 50cc motorcycle permit for 14–15-year-olds. Applicants would need approved training and testing, with a parent or guardian who has held a motorcycle licence for at least 5 years attending the test and approving the motorcycle purchase. Permit holders would ride without supervision but have no passengers, no night riding, and must wear certified protective gear.
