Open Higher Council and Income taxes for holiday homes to preserve local communities

We want the Government to mandate a separate higher council tax band for former private dwellings that are let as holiday homes and to legislate for income received from such properties to be taxed at a minimum rate of 90%.

We believe this will help prevent the destruction of local communities by holiday home investors.
